Your first steps

Getting started with NexWave

From your invite email to sending emails from the right address — about 10 minutes, all in six steps. Especially useful if you work across more than one company.

1

Accept your invite

Your workspace admin sends you an email titled "You're invited to join…". Click the Accept your invite button — it opens the sign-up page with your invite code already filled in.

Don't have an invite yet? Ask your workspace admin to send one from the Users & Access screen.

2

Create your account

Sign up using the same email address your invite was sent to — that's what links you to your workspace. Choose a password, or use Continue with Google if that's your work email.

3

Enter the code we email you

After creating your account we email you a 6-digit code. Enter it on the verification screen and you're logged in. Didn't get it? Check your spam folder, or click Resend.

4

Log in any time

From now on, use Log in with your email and password (or Google). Forgotten your password? Click Forgot password? and we'll email you a reset link.

5

Switching between companies

If you have access to both companies, use the workspace switcher at the top right to move between them. Everything you see — projects, deals, cases — belongs to the company you're working in.

6

Set up your email — once

Open My Connections (user menu, top right) and connect Microsoft 365 — one connection covers your mail and calendar — or Gmail and Google Calendar if you're on Google.

Sign in with your work email and accept the permissions — no email password is saved in NexWave. From then on, emails you send in every company you work in go out from — and get replies at — your own address, and your meetings appear on My Calendar. If your organisation requires admin approval, it is granted once and never asked again.

Want your emails to go out from a different address in each company? Under My sending addresses on the same page, set the address per company — your IT admin just grants Send As rights for it once. Without them, emails safely go out from your own address.

Ready to go?

No invite email, a code that won't arrive, or a missing module? Ask your workspace admin — they manage invites and access under Users & Access.

Emails sending from the wrong address in one of your companies? Re-check its sending mailbox under My Connections.
